Michael Richards almost reprised his role as the quirky one when he auditioned for the part of Adrian Monk in the hit comedy show, Monk. Michael had become most famous for his time as Kramer in Seinfeld, but the producers eventually decided to go with Tony Shalhoub instead.
The character won Tony three Emmy Awards, as well as plenty more acting opportunities. Currently Tony is starring in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel alongside co-star Rachel Brosnahan. Tony’s new role has seen him take home plenty of new acting awards.
